What is this nonsense? Complete insane (see picture)
DOS: 9/14/2021 An adult but younger family member was taken to Inspira Mullica Hill ER to rule out COVID and assess for respiratory issues she was experiencing. ISSUE 1: They did not bother to ask for/collect insurance information during intake. Therefore we've been getting bills and have had to call each entity to supply insurance info. ISSUE 2: ED nurses were rude and inattentive. The final straw: they came in and started hooking her up for an EKG without even telling her what they were doing and why. The reason? Inspira group is HORRIBLE. They misdiagnosed my son at their "not so" Urgent Care. Avoid Inspira at all costs. If there was a 0 rating they would have gotten that. I always have billing issues and when I call to resolve any issue, the staff is ALWAYS rude and they are uneducated in their own policies and procedures. General knowledge in the health care system is lacking as well.
