Came in for a 4PM appointment in 7/28 and arrived 20 minutes early. I wasn’t called back until about 4:45 and then I eventually had to leave because of an at home emergency. I never saw the doctor nor was i told about any delays or how much longer I had to wait. I left at about 5:45 because of that emergency after waiting for the doctor for almost an hour. I could’ve been waiting for another 15 minutes or another hour. We’ll never know.
They are very nice and helpful. Both my mother and I see Dr Naticchia. We are in and out relatively quickly.

Had appointment set for 2:45 I called an hour before letting them know I’d be late they said that’s no problem. I got there at 3pm. Lady at desk said your late but I can move appointment. I get a text a half hour later telling me my appointment 4:45…then they call me in at 5:05. And I sit in a room fo another hour!! I have a life I have things to do. This is unreal. I didn’t know I needed to time block 4 hours for a regular checkup. No respect for time. Find another doctor!!
