Refused to see my son, who was complaining that his throat hurt terribly. All because of their irrational fear of covid. Which I explained that he had already had 45 days prior. I even had paperwork that I was willing to show. Their response? No, we'll only give you a virtual to make sure it's not covid. I have been going to this facility since I had my first daughter in 2007 and have brought all of my kids there. I still do to this day. Yes getting in contact with them sometimes is agitating but other then that the doctors are always nice and always make you feel comfortable and seem like they genuinely care.

Yes getting in contact with them sometimes is agitating but other then that the doctors are always nice and always make you feel comfortable and seem like they genuinely care.
Literally no doctors in the building (as of now) place is being run by a RN! The lady I dealt with was cold and impersonal I'm switching practices!
