I am very frustrated with a situation that happened to me where I was living before for over two years. The details are this: I lived in INSPIRA APARTMENTS *********** for 2 1/2 years, always paid on time and kept the apartment in perfect conditions even though the apartments have have some small issues. Long story short is that I submitted a claim because some areas in the apartment had mildew in the roof (basically the entrance), they cleaned it superficially but after few weeks it appeared again, I submitted another claim... read more
Extremely disappointed. They charged double rent if you want to relocate within the complex and $500 relocation. We agreed to $500, but managment non-chilangly added it to our bill. They do not have a drop off box, and Sunday when the office is not open and there's no place to leave the keys during the weekend. It feels awful to be stuck in a lease with a terrible management regardless of how much we like the property.

The property is gorgeous, the apartments are comfortable and well designed, and the staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful.
Love how friendly everyone is and how comfortable we were right away. We feel very safe and love the staff! Can’t wait to have the opportunity to take a bike ride !
Rebecca from the leasing office is so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, she was insightful and made us feel right at home. Ask her any questions and she'll know the answer! The apartments and community area is clean and well kept.

I love living here. The staff is wonderful. They provide answers and help to any issues. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are amazing and of course the pet friendly environment all make it a great place to live.
