First time here. Was super nervous about getting a CPAP machine, Patti made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked through the door! She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, she is the BEST!!! Thank you Patti! I am excited to start my CPAP journey.
I was welcomed professionally. The technician knew her stuff explained their service thoroughly and clearly. I was walked through the hows and usage of the unit. Did not feel like I was an inconvenience. Left feeling like I knew what to do. She also made me feel that I could contact InspriAIR with any issues at any time and not feel inadequate for my lack of knowledge. Will definitely recommend InspiAIR
