Goodmorning this is my first visit to this office, and I felt very comfortable with the greeting and welcome my wife, and I received. We were right on time for my appointment and was seen immediately by Eliza Tsang the CPAP specialist. She was very knowledgeable about the machine she was about to sell to me. Eliza made sure that I was aware of this product because it is new to me even though I have been using another machine for many years. Good afternoon my husband had an appointment with your office on Wednesday ,i went with him from the time the door opened the reception greeted you with a genuine smile and hello. The lady who attended to us i can't remember her name she's Asian what an awesome lady, my husband is using a cpap machine for a lot of years but she spoke to him as if it was the first i loved that because she wanted to make sure he understood everything, in today days no one care but she made sure he understood and got everything right.
