I have been using inspiAIR for some time now and am extremely happy with their level of customer service and patient care. They're always very knowledgeable and are very happy to walk me through the paperwork regarding my Insurance account. Wendy is the person I have dealt with mostly and she is an extremely good ambassador for this company. Highly recommended this business if you are looking for CPAP machines and supporting products.
Michelle was such amazing help getting me set up with the ResMed 11, mask fitting, everything that I needed. I also really love that InspiAir will provide reminders for when parts need replacement, not just a replacement schedule printout. I highly recommend the InspiAir Newmarket location, there are free parking spots along the building for InspiAir customers. See Michelle’s business card, she’s great!
New to the CPAP machine, but thanks for the great customer care and professional handling from Nadeen (at 130A-55 Edinborough St., Windsor branch) that made it an easy and flawless experience. I got my device in couple days and tonight will be my first step toward better sleep and recovery. 👌🏼
