Michelle was such amazing help getting me set up with the ResMed 11, mask fitting, everything that I needed. I also really love that InspiAir will provide reminders for when parts need replacement, not just a replacement schedule printout. I highly recommend the InspiAir Newmarket location, there are free parking spots along the building for InspiAir customers. See Michelle’s business card, she’s great!
Wendy, is absolutely amazing. Anyone in need of cpap therapy or machines I would recommend inspiAIR over anyone else. Professional, friendly, competent, kind and the ultimate service with humour. We have been using them for multiple family members (3 so far) for over the last 5 years. Quick response to questions and all the information that I could ask for.
From my very first visit I found the staff to be friendly and caring. They helped me to set up appointments that suited my very busy schedule, answered any questions I had, and assured me that they would be able to address my needs to enable me to once again enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. My meeting with Wendy was most informative . She provided all the information re my new CPAP machine in a very pleasant manner. All my questions were answered and she left me with the feeling that should I need additional assistance she would happily provide it. So thankful to have met with this amazing lady.
My experience at inspiAIR Newmarket was outstanding. I’d like to send a big thank you to Wendy for all her help. She was not only knowledgeable, but extremely personable as well.
