All of the staff are friendly and professional. Received the info I needed and excellent customer support from Michelle in navigating this complicated process. She made it all very simple, so the equipment was connected up and running within a couple of hours of the appointment. So glad I made the decision not to buy online! The longterm service and support offered here make me feel confident that I will get the best possible outcome from this respiratory treatment.

Kim was AMAZING. I’ve been having issues with my mask the last few days, I called them and they were able to get me in right away! Kim worked with me and the insurance company to see what my coverage was and got me a new mask and hose. She was informative, supportive and funny! I will definitely keep coming back to Kim for any future sleep therapy needs!

Had an amazing experience with Wendy. Even though their internet was down and I was the first client, Wendy handled everything like a pro. Walked me through the whole process, showed me all the different components and options available. Made sure the mask I picked fitted properly. Just made the whole process a great experience. I hope she got that extra large coffee afterwards.

After my sleep study I found InspiAIR Newmarket location. My first point of contact was Wendy Clayton, she is a wonderful and great person to deal with, she takes the time to explain things and helps with the fitting of the mask. Wendy has always responded to my emails in a timely manner when I had some questions about the Cpap process. Wendy is so sweet and kind always smiling and loves her job. I had an unfortunate problem with my oxygen condenser at 3am on Sunday June 28th in Barrie, Ontario. Called them at 8:30am and the response was quick and unbelievably fast. I'm extremely pleased and impressed with the quick response I got and would highly recommend InspiAIR to anyone looking for home oxygen needs to be met. Thank you InspiAIR I'm impressed.
