All of the staff are friendly and professional. Received the info I needed and excellent customer support from Michelle in navigating this complicated process. She made it all very simple, so the equipment was connected up and running within a couple of hours of the appointment. So glad I made the decision not to buy online! The longterm service and support offered here make me feel confident that I will get the best possible outcome from this respiratory treatment.

Michelle was such amazing help getting me set up with the ResMed 11, mask fitting, everything that I needed. I also really love that InspiAir will provide reminders for when parts need replacement, not just a replacement schedule printout. I highly recommend the InspiAir Newmarket location, there are free parking spots along the building for InspiAir customers. See Michelle’s business card, she’s great!
