Michelle was such amazing help getting me set up with the ResMed 11, mask fitting, everything that I needed. I also really love that InspiAir will provide reminders for when parts need replacement, not just a replacement schedule printout. I highly recommend the InspiAir Newmarket location, there are free parking spots along the building for InspiAir customers. See Michelle’s business card, she’s great!
I got my device from InspiAIR (Windsor branch) almost a month ago. Regardless to the amazing service (efficiency and time wise), I was amazed by the outstanding after sales customer service. I have been using inspiAIR for some time now and am extremely happy with their level of customer service and patient care. They're always very knowledgeable and are very happy to walk me through the paperwork regarding my Insurance account. Wendy is the person I have dealt with mostly and she is an extremely good ambassador for this company. Highly recommended this business if you are looking for CPAP machines and supporting products.
I have been a a CPAP user for many years. I made an appointment with Suzie and Nadeen to review options for a change to the headset that I have always used. They took all the time I needed to view and discuss the options. Came away with an alternative that I had not seen before and after using it I am very happy with the suggestion from the ladies. Had Sorina Pablo’s come to help my husband get set up for oxygen, she was very professional yet down to earth. Explained everything and even took time the following day to check on him while dropping off paperwork. Her smile makes you feel better. Can’t thank her enough.
