From my very first visit I found the staff to be friendly and caring. They helped me to set up appointments that suited my very busy schedule, answered any questions I had, and assured me that they would be able to address my needs to enable me to once again enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Wendy, the Clinical Technician, was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right equipment to suit my needs and explained how to wear, and maintain the equipment. My meeting with Wendy was most informative . She provided all the information re my new CPAP machine in a very pleasant manner. All my questions were answered and she left me with the feeling that should I need additional assistance she would happily provide it. So thankful to have met with this amazing lady.
I recently went to IspiAir to pick up and learn about me new cpac machine, I knew nothing and cpacs , from the minute I walked in the reception ladies were amazing and so friendly, Lee was ready for me did not have to wait, Lee was AMAZING !!!!, he explained everything in great detail, and showed me absolutely everything about my machine, he left nothing out, and did a fitting for my nasal mask. I highly recommend Inspiair , amazing people. and my machine is working great 👍
I would like to share my experience with inspiAIR Newmarket. I came to this place after I have been in different company the service I received here are amazing all stuff very polite and welling to help. This amazing service I revived from Michelle was above and beyond. She explained how to use the machine what size I need and worked with me to bill the insurance. Good job and recommend to my friend from work if someone needed. Thank you again and well done
