I was charged $200 for a five-minute training session on a device that is easily explained in videos available on YouTube. I was also told this fee included five years of support. It's not rocket science; anyone can learn to adjust the settings and get reports from a CPAP machine. When I asked about this, I was told they were the only ones who could adjust the device and that I needed their support. I have just received my new ResMed apap machine today. Corina, the Patient Care Co-ordinator, was very helpful in providing me with all the specifics and instructions on how to use the unit. I would recommend InspiAIR Whitby if you need a CPAP or APAP machine.
