Horrible , EVERYTHING promised to make things easier is just as hard. You will do all the leg work, you maybe able to ask questions but they guide you through doing all HR, payroll leg work. They do not deal with the hiring process or W-4, I-9 you still have to fill out all 6 pages of their on boarding for each employee and if the new hire enters something they thought was correct you will have to have them start over or resend the application. As an employee of a business that uses Insperity I couldn’t tell you one of my coworkers that like it or say it’s helpful whatsoever. As an employee I have to reach out on my lunch yo get anything taken care of due to their hours and I’ve currently been on hold for 29 minutes. There goes my lunch my time and my hope that they will ever be for the customer. I wish my employer would switch to fidelity. Astronomically different and better experience

Owners and HR beware. Everything started out great but then Almost two years in they’ve dropped the ball more times than I can count, including trying to make an issue between them and our bank my problem. In past they have not gotten pay checks to employees in a timely fashion and in fact they still haven’t replaced one outstanding payroll check to an employee that their overnight courier lost.
