Outdated and archaic software. You can tell they haven't updated this in over a decade. Their help line is good, but I wouldn't recommended them to anyone because the only way to get something done is sitting on the phone for over an hour to do anything. Their internal FAQ documents are outdated and don't reflect the systems and processes on the website.
Horrible customer service. Do not subject your employees to Insperity unless you're not concerned with retaining them.
One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Horrible service at an outrageous cost. They try hard to make it difficult for you to understand their costs. Benefits: They intentionally dilute the value of their health insurance offerings by negotiating to take certain health providers out-of-network that would not otherwise be out-of-network!
