Outdated and archaic software. You can tell they haven't updated this in over a decade. Their help line is good, but I wouldn't recommended them to anyone because the only way to get something done is sitting on the phone for over an hour to do anything. Their internal FAQ documents are outdated and don't reflect the systems and processes on the website.
I will never go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and thorough, they listen to what you need and deliver. Never felt better or more relaxed
Absolutely horrible product and support. I left my job and just simply want to transfer my 401K. I’ve been trying to call for WEEKS with no luck!! They just bombard me with letters that don’t explain anything. Also, don’t even get me started on actually having to use the product when I was at said job. Avoid like the plague!!!!
Worst experience ever! Never associate with these people!! They over charge you and are super rude!!
My experience at the Katy location was very good. Everyone was very knowledgeable and me feel safe. I now know what I need to do to stay healthy. Thank everyone for a job well done .
