I was disappointed to learn that Insperity charges a $50 fee just to transfer my 401(k) to my new employer's retirement plan. It's frustrating to be charged for moving my own retirement savings. This feels like an unnecessary fee that makes it more expensive for employees to manage their retirement accounts after leaving a job. The process itself may be standard, but these kinds of charges leave a poor impression. I hope Insperity reconsiders this policy.
Insperity is stuck in the stone age. Picture a convoluted pen and paper process but semi digital. Every facet of the experience is a headache. Getting locked out of your account is common, UI/UX is horrendous, doing anything requires 10x more effort than it should. Getting to support requires an impressive amount of patience. The word Insperity = pain.
Have been extremely slow to respond, frustrating to deal with, and send placating emails but do not act on their customers behalf.
If you are considering this company, save your employees the hassle and DON’T. Every aspect of benefit enrollment is awful and leave of absences are a nightmare.
