TERRIBLE. We were having the inspection done on a home we were purchasing, but we were from another state, and therefore unable to easily check anything ourselves. A couple family members of ours used to inspect homes, and when we sent them a copy of the report they were appalled. They said it was one of the least thorough home inspection reports they had ever seen. They also said it was one of the most expensive.
