I would not recommend using Inspectors Now for your home inspection. We used them to inspect our new home before we closed. Two years later we had a water leak in our home due to a flashing not being caulked at all by the home builder. This is something that I believe should have been caught on the original inspection since it was so obvious once the contractor who came to asses the damage pointed it out to us.
