They did a great job with the inspection. I'm just sorry that it wasn't fed somewhere with the county or somewhere. Ours has turned up missing and due to the age of the house, no one has anything about our home. We needed a copy and couldn't find one anywhere. Not even here.

I hired Inspectors Inc. over the phone to complete a Four Point Inspection of a home I was in the process of purchasing. Once scheduled, they sent the confirmation email to my agent & threatened to not inspect the property (the day before the scheduled inspection) unless I confirmed the inspection request. Ultimately my agent had to forward the email because nobody would or could answer the phone at Inspectors Inc. to correct the email address on file of which they did have my email, that's how I received the invoice for pay... read more
Highly recommend using Inspectors Inc! On my way to the house, I received a call from the termite inspector, which Inspector Inc. provided at no additional cost. He told me the house was infested with termites. He said a report would be sent to me with pictures and the cost to tent the house.
