We recently purchased a home in Ellenton and used Inspectors Inc, they were amazing. We basically purchased our home unseen as it will be used as a second home for the winter months. Our Inspector Matt found serval issues with missing insulation (shown on the thermal image photos provided in our report) and a few electrical problems as well as problem with the roof. Matt is an amazing top tier inspector and always very thorough. He is our lead inspector and makes sure all our inspectors are train to a very high standard.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They did an inspection of a house that we were purchasing. The report gave no indication of any problem. Our insurance was cancelled because of problems with the house. If we had known of these problems, the seller would have fixed them. The company would not stand behind their work, and provided us no reimbursement, claiming that they did nothing wrong. Nobody should use this company.
