For the price there's better out there. I have to agree with the other review on many points especially being in cahoots*. Missed an issue with a window that could have led to a mold problem that was not listed in the marginal A or B section. Also having water issues because he missed mentioning tile grout deteriorating in the other bathroom.* Probably would be a good idea to send ALL documents pertaining to inspection to customer versus realtor *(making it obvious).
Not worth the paper it's written on. Do if you must but roofers and plumbers will do free estimates and find many issues. This is just a cursory inspection. Anything marginal a is actually very bad, not just ok. They'll tell you only marginal b is bad. Probably a racket with the real estate agent and sellers. You are warned.
