PRICE GOUGING by Inspector Plumber is the reason for all of their negative reviews on Yelp, Birdeye and the Better Business Bureau. I now wish I had read the reviews before I hired Inspector Plumber. I checked the BBB website for accredited plumbers, but failed to look at the reviews. The average of their 2 BBB reviews was One Star, both negative reviews were for price gouging. Too Expensive Very unreasonable prices. We called them to auger our sewer line. They charged us for the same price of purchasing an auger (nearly $300)! Ridiculous. We went to argue the price and they explained how they have to pay for their state-of-the-art equipment and that's why their prices were so high. Don't use this plumber.
Highly Recommended Old house, clogged shower outlet, I called and asked for an estimate. Craig came out, offered three options, no hard sell. Very professional and polite. The job finished slightly (25.00) over the low estimate and way below the highest estimate. Fast, polite, quality work, ask for Craig. Highly recommended.
Happy customer Great service, quick clean and friendly. This is a quality Plumber replacing the main water line to an old house with little disturbance to the yard and very professonal work.
