Carlos is awesome! Looked at a home we were interested in but because of his inspection, didn't end up getting the home. We thought the home was wonderful and in great condition. Carlos was able to identify so many red flags and area where we're would have to spend money, just to maintain the integrity the home! Yes we spent money on the inspection and didn't get the home but Carlos saved us probably $100k+ in renovation, headache and stress!! Highly recommend him!
Carlos was beyond phenomenal. Incredibly detailed, answered all of our questions, and helped guide us through the home inspection/ buying process. He caught issues that needed remediation that I would never have caught on my own. He also gave numerous tips on things to ask about and get serviced. Excellent and thorough. He was recommended to us by our real estate attorney and our agent -- and we will certainly pass on the recommendation going forward.
Definetly would recommend Gadget Inspection Co. for a home inspection. Carlos was as professional as they come. Inspects everything - every nook and cranny. He explains everything he was doing and why. His detailed report was very informative.
