I used Inspections Unlimited in October to inspect a home I was purchasing. Chris Miller was the inspector. I have found dozens of issues he missed since then. He actually told me that a large, uninsulated attic knee wall, which was adjacent to the conditioned space, didn't need to be insulated. I should have fired him on the spot. A home energy inspector confirmed that his advice was ridiculous. I should have never used an inspector recommended by my realtor. Lesson learned.

I've worked with Chris Miller and Reed Baxter many times over the years. As a Real Estate professional, my highest priority is the care of my client, and when they're buying a home, I typically help them find a good home inspector and I need to ensure the experience will be quality and the home is inspected with sharp eyes and honest recommendations.
