Bob Peek with Inspections Inc. completed a home inspection for me and I cannot say enough great things about Bob and his process! His inspection report was extremely thorough and helpful for me as the buyer to make hard decisions based on my safety in the home. Shows up, got it done quick but not as thorough as one should be for such a large purchase. Missed some pretty obvious signs of water in the home, been battling that since we moved in. Not a great situation. Will be looking elsewhere for my next inspector.
