Realtors, don’t use this these guys. They are unprofessional, abuse your time and property, and do not raise any useful information about the property. My experience with Robert M was extremely disappointing. The inspection was scheduled for a normal time window but dragged on for over six hours, far beyond what’s reasonable or professional. Much of that time was spent in private conversation with the buyers, which appeared unrelated to the inspection itself and raised serious concerns about professionalism and objectivity. ... read more
Rob was very thorough in his inspection of the house I am looking at buying. He took the time to walkthrough the inspection report to discuss any findings that he made. Additionally, he took me to the actual area to see any issues firsthand, where possible. I will use Inspectioneering, LLC again for house inspections if the time arises. Highly recommend.
