I cant recommend cody enough. I have bought and sold many properties and cody is the most thorough home inspector i have ever worked with. Ignore the bad reviews from homeowners that are upset they got caught. Cody is professional, kind, takes time to answer all of your questions and most importantly is worth every penny in making sure a huge investment like a home is well vetted. You wont regret going with cody.
Report provided on behalf of buyer was severely wrong and full of wild guesses. Cody reported a crack in a specific area of the furnace and told the real estate agent that it was "critical" that it be rebuilt or replaced. Two licensed HVAC contractors re-inspected and agreed Cody was dead wrong. Cody said it appeared there was no ice and water shield beneath a section of new roofing, and that the whole roof should probably be replaced.
