Jeff was amazing! Very thorough, and quick to respond! I contacted him on Monday, inspection was done Wednesday, and by the time I woke up Thursday we had our report. He is ready and willing to answer any questions you may have. Buying a house can be a scary process and he gave us a great piece of mind. Edit: This guy missed a HUGE section eaten out of a main beam going across the center of my house from termites from years ago. I had to have people come in and fix it. He cost me a lot of money. Pretty sure he said he was a structural engineer....sooo yeah We thought Jeff was very nice and professional. I followed him around and asked a million questions and he never once seemed annoyed in any way shape or form.

I'm a new home buyer so I'm learning everything one step at a time. Jeff is great. He was patient and explained things that could be potential issues with our home.
