Edit: This guy missed a HUGE section eaten out of a main beam going across the center of my house from termites from years ago. I had to have people come in and fix it. He cost me a lot of money. Pretty sure he said he was a structural engineer....sooo yeah We thought Jeff was very nice and professional. I followed him around and asked a million questions and he never once seemed annoyed in any way shape or form.

I'm a new home buyer so I'm learning everything one step at a time. Jeff is great. He was patient and explained things that could be potential issues with our home. He also included a very detailed report that defined everything. Thank you so much for making the home buying process just a little easier.

Awesome experience having my home inspected by Jeff. He is clearly very passionate about his work, takes his time to explain his findings and provides very detailed documentation. I had to follow up with Jeff a few times about some of his inspection findings and he was very responsive and extremely willing to help answer all my questions.
