Failed inspection and barely checked housing requirements lady was on the phone on a personal call telling them we failed before she inspected the whole apartment, didn't check the walls the doors the carpets ect she shined a flashlight on the wall and barely even looked , I had to remind her to check the smoke detectors like really but ur gonna get mad over bolts on a toilet . Oh and a side not didn't even say good bye so I didn't know she was finished or what

I'm probably biased because I've been here 15+ years but IEI is truly a good company to work for. We care about doing a good job for our clients and excel at the things we do. Horrible. Never inspected my propeety, but falsified the inspection report as "Passed." Never knew a property could pass with Rodents. I moved based off their lie so they're liable and will see me in court because I'll be litigating if they don't pay my moving expenses.
