Home Inspector, Michael Mings, could not get in the gate because his office gave him the wrong information/gate code. I told him I could be there in 3 mins, and he said he couldn't wait. Rude, and had an attitude, I have reported the inspection company to my insurance carrier. I'm an insurance agency owner and deal with inspectors all of the time and definitely will not work with Inspection Depot or refer business.
Much more is expected of you then just flying a drone for photos. There is a good deal of paperwork and a lot of scheduling and rescheduling with policyholders. On average, each assignment takes 3 to 4 hours to complete, taking into account travel, onsite inspection, and report preparation for submission. You are paid a fixed amount. Drone pilots beware.
