Excellent Customer Service. The women on the phone was very friendly and efficient. The inspector was on time and thorough. I got my reports in a timely manner. I was able to ask questions and walk along. Never felt in the way or a bother. Overall this was probably the easiest part of purchasing our home.
Do not use this company. I had an inspection done on a house I was going to buy in Kansas in April of 2016 and Todd the inspector missed many, many issues. So many in fact I had to back out of the deal, ultimately did not buy the house, and lost hundreds of dollars as a result of this company's incompetence. Todd did not report obvious issues such as the electrical breaker panel falling out of the wall, the cracked and broken tile floor in the kitchen, the loose and unanchored banister; and that's just to name a few. This company failed to identify a massive termite infestation and over $60,000 worth of structural damage to the house. Then they refused to even refund my money. Go to anyone else, do not make the same mistake I did.
