INSPECTIFY. Bill inspected my home and overlooked damaged areas plus a problem with the air conditioning system. It would cost $ 2,400 to repair and correct everything. The seller was allowing me up to $ 5,000 to fix any problem Bill found. He reported that nothing needed repaired, so I have to pay the repair cost.
