Hire them! The inspection was so far above and beyond what I previously had it was incomparable. The expertise and thorough report are top notch. I can’t recommend more highly. Seriously you do not want to chance hiring anyone else.

Ron was fantastic, I will absolutely recommend him and will use him again if we ever need to. We are first time home buyers and he took the time to explain everything and patiently answered our questions. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease and prepared and nothing was “too minor” to mention - each and every detail was addressed. Even though we have no prior experience to compare to, we felt he was very thorough and we are completely satisfied customers!
