STAY AWAY.... Charles Holt, owner of Inspect Atlanta, inspected one of my investment homes in 2013. After closing, I found out that the dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work costing over 500 dollars to replace. This guy did a lousy job. He missed several large items and blamed the current homeowner. I would not use this guy.
