Bad Inspection – Awful and Sloppy. An inspector E.M. Frank from Inspectamerica Engineering, P.C. inspected a home that we bought 8 months ago. He missed a very visible mold problem and is now refusing to refund the $1000 we paid him for what was, in my opinion, a very sloppy inspection, which has caused us to breathe in mold for the past 8 months (while being pregnant) and must now expend at least $5000 for mold remediation.
