I purchased a home and used inspect 360 to perform the inspection, Ed R. performed my inspection. I've lived in the house for about 45 days now and have noticed a series of non functioning electrical switches, leaks under the faucet, and the AC not blowing air out of the third floor vents. When I called to speak to the company, I got a call back from Ed claiming there was nothing wrong with any switches, the ac, but did not deny the leak.
