We contacted Inspect My Home earlier this year to conduct a handover over inspection for a new build in Kewarra Beach. Although they picked up a few things in the report, my property manager has picked up over a handful of other defects upon receiving the keys. A more thorough inspection would have been great to avoid delays and for the builder to attend to these issues earlier.

We used the service for a pre-purchase inspection in Northern NSW. The business had excellent communication and follow through, and accommodated a tight time frame to inspect the home and produce the report (by the next morning). The report itself is comprehensive and picked up a few items I had not picked up on in my own viewing.
