I recently had a Building & Pest inspection completed for a house purchase at Crows Nest by Inspect My Home. I needed this done in a timely matter, which they were able to do. Angus was excellent - both in the thoroughness of the report, and I found he went over and above to explain everything properly, making sure I understood the detail in the report. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!! David Chester is to be avoided he is so unprofessional and a negligent liar, he inspected our property and left it damaged and did not tell us!!! An older house cannot be expected to satisfy current building codes unless renovations have taken place and those areas have to satisfy the current QBCC codes, the top of doors are never painted in new or older homes he actually defected our home in this regard and he is not allowed to do so.
