Quality inspector. I have personally had David assist me on inspections for homes I have had interest in. Very thorough, descriptive, educational and honest. My go to for a trustworthy unbiased opinion of a home.
Missed a major existing roof leak on a larger house we closed on this year. Ended up being several thousand to fix. Missed some issues related to our gas stove and griddle as well which also required several thousand to rectify
They write up a pretty review with a lot of pictures but miss a lot of things in their inspection, they also give wrong information and it will cost you more than their fee to correct it all
I am a 23 year old first time home buyer and the house i purchased was a foreclosure so i was very nervous about any defects from being empty for a long period of time. I called every inspector in town and they all gave me the same price except David who was $100.00 under everyone. So i went with him and it was a great decision!
