Neil is fabulous. He is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and spent 30 minutes on the phone with my mother answering her questions in addition to answering multiple emails from me. He was patient and provided great information. I used him for my home inspection, my mother's and recommended him to everyone in my development. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
