I asked John to come out and do an inspection of my new construction home just prior to the end of the first year. He went up in the attic, up on the roof, into the garage where he inspected the wiring behind the electrical panel. He found a lot of stuff that I didn't know about, and also gave me a lot of tips for home maintenance going forward. He did a great job, much better than the last home inspector I tried.

He was prompt, thorough, informed, courteous and gave great professional recommendations. There was not one inch of the property that he did not touch or observe. He uses state of the art tools and does not just walk the roof and jump off but takes pictures to explain to you any issues or repairs he notices.
