Mike inspected my home before I purchased the my home and moved in. Shortly thereafter, I find out the load bearing beam in the kitchen, studs in the walls in the kitchen, and the crawlspace below the kitchen have been whittled away by a huge termite infestation. Very disappointed that this wasn't caught nor that he even went into the crawlspace below the house. His inspection report stated that the "crawlspace was inspected from the access door only."
