Paul’s vast knowledge and thorough inspection saved us from a money-pit and could’ve been huge mistake. He did a great job going through each problem area with us and had helpful recommendations. We decided walk away from the first home purchase but hired him again a month later for a different house. He is very professional, insightful and had the report sent to us a couple of hours after the inspection. Would definitely use him again and highly recommended!

Paul inspected my home and did an outstanding job. He was incredibly thorough and was happy to explain what we were looking at as we walked through the home. The inspection report that he provided is incredible and something that we will rely on for what future items we may need to address. I would highly recommend Paul and Inspect Des Moines.

Paul is a very trustworthy and professional home inspector. He has a higher level of knowledge than most inspectors due to his architectural college degree. He is patient in answering questions and gives the inspection as much time as it needs to be completed. I've recommended him to other realtors who have also recommended him to more realtors... so he likely will become a household name for a trustworthy, go-to inspector.
