Hired Inpec to do an inspection of a commercial flat roof that had been the subject of a very poor contractor. Inspector found many problems and we were able to reach a settlement with an attorney and then proceed to have our roof fixed. However we got a surprise bill when we had our repair done, as the new roofer found a 12 foot by 12 foot section of roof that had been laid directly over chunks of gravel.
