ON AUGUST 14 2025 WIFE WENT THERE FOR A CLEANING AND A REPAIR GOT THERE EARLY FOR HER APPOINTMENT..THEY HAD HER WAIT 2 HOURS PASS HER APPOINTMENT TIME WHILE EVERYONE ELSE WHO CAME IN AFTER SHE DID WERE TAKING CARE OF RIGHT AWAY.. AND WHEN THEY CALLED HER IN ROOM THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...ASKED HER TO COME BACK AGAIN SHE SAID NEVER..AFTER A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS..NOTHING..VERY DISRESPECTFUL..MAKES YOU WONDER
Insook is a amazing 😍 Dentist 🦷 I have gotten a gold crown 👑 3 front teeth redone.After a Dental cleaning my breath smells amazing 🤩 ready for lots of kisses 😘😚 I have been a patient for years.
I became a patient in May 0f 2024. I started with xrays and cleaning. Mr Derek Smith did a great job with cleaning. I felt comfortable with Derek, Great personality. Then I was advised by Dr Smith you have lots of cavities. Each time I returned more cavities where detected. By August I had 11 cavities which I had fixed. It's crazy I had 1 cavity in 2023. I'm giving Derek and dr Smith five stars. So each time I left the office I would ask billing agent to go over charges and billing. I have medicare A 2500.00 dental allowance... read more
I saw Dr. Smith for several years. She told me two crowns were dead and nothing could be done about them. Two other crowns that she was going to replace, she changed her mind about, and she then told me I had to find an endodontist to do root canals before she could do the crowns. When I FINALLY found a dentist (right up the street) he tells me one crown is NOT dead, it’s had a root canal!! And one she was sending me to an Endodontist for ALREADY HAD A ROOT CANAL!!!
