UPDATE: 1 hour and 30 mins. The kid who answered the phone was kind and helpful but the delivery driver just set them in the front door and didn't bother to call. Will never order for delivery again. Cookies good. Well I probably won't order these for delivery again. It was too late before I realized they deliver their own stuff regardless if you order through Uber eats. Customer service is a 100/10. I placed an order for a corporate client that had recently changed their address without my knowledge. I called Kierra and she and her manager were so wonderful. They went out of their way to provide solutions and rectified the issue even though it wasn’t their mistake. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was. They totally saved me! Kierra was so sweet, so kind, and so helpful!
