i’ve gone here so many times and had horrible experiences almost every time. Jake is a great employee and every time he’s working the front it’s a pleasant experience. On the other hand, the woman who works at night is one of the rudest people i have ever met. One of the worst experiences i had in here, the woman i think her name was serena sat there and argued with me because i asked for 1 scoop of ice cream. i said over and over that i know im paying for 2 but im lactose intolerant and really can only have 1. she rushed us... read more

I got a brownie a couple of days ago, and it was concrete. I usually don’t give reviews, good or bad, but $5 for a hard brownie is awful.

I hate writing bad reviews but this place deserved it. Usually this place is amazing but never go in there when Serena is working. She rushed me when I was trying to decide, I told her I needed a minute, she then decided to say hurry up I got things to do which made me feel bad. So I didn't even get what I wanted. She also didn't offer to wash out utensils for someone with a different nut allergy, the customer wanted something without peanuts (there are some non peanut items) and she said none of the items are safe for her a... read more
