I had great service with Cameron, it was quick and easy, our cookies came to us still warm. $3 for a regular sized cookie and $5 for the deluxe.
Came in today around 8:30 p.m. for some cookies with my partner, and a young white female employee provided us with very poor service. From the moment we walked in, she had a rude attitude, rushed us to place our order, spoke to us disrespectfully, gave us attitude when we made a mistake with our order, barely communicated with us, slammed the cookie drawer and cookie boxes, and passive-aggressively handed us the box after packing it. Very friendly service and great cookies. Cameron was awesome
Ordered cookies they took 1.5 hours to arrive. When the driver told me they arrived via text insomnia cookies canceled the order so I never got it. I called the store for any type of compensation or store credit and was told they can’t do that. Never got my food their driver probably ate it. Zero customer service.
One cookie was fresh and tasty, the other was a little overcooked. All in all not worth the $ ... unless you're desperate for a cookie. About 2 for $5.
