When I asked for my points she said it was too late because I paid and that she forgot to ask for my number. She was very annoyed she would have to refund me to look up my account. I was so upset (excited) when they announced this store opening. Now I have to walk by this amazing smell factory every day and fight the urge to eat cookies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! All jokes aside though, insomnia is the best. Their macadamia nut cookies are my go to. Peanut butter is a close second. Straight up sugar cookies are banger. Can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip. Brooooo…you freakin kidding me?? The cookie prices start at $3 for a tiny tiny cookie. You want a cookie with some stuff in it? Boom $5. I turned around and walked right out the door. I understand you’ve got overhead, rent is high, minimum wage and all that but maybe it’s just not meant to be.
Order through Uber eats put in my full address. My order never got here and they got sent to some weird location. I verified several times the address was correct. I called the store and they blew the problem off, they were rude and refused to help me. Don’t bother. I have never had any issues till trying to order with them. Tried two different locations with the same problem, same attitude and same lack of concern
People are super nice, the lady who help us made the brownies since they didnt have any ready. A little warm inside but still cool.
