Great taste, great selection, pricing can be a bit jaw dropping.
I don't know who was on shift when everyone else went in, but my customer service was out of this world. Greeted at the door, recommend flavors that matched what I was looking for and they worked quick to restock what I asked for. The only reason I can't mark at 5 is due to price. If things were maybe like 60¢-1$ cheaper, it would be a great deal. Although, I can't argue with the amazing quality!
They have great warm cookies, amazing to have after a night of drinking. The Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich was bomb.
Waited for a while at the counter... I was the only customer but staff were talking amongst themselves in the back. When someone came out they took my order and wrapped up the cookies, but then the cash register was down. They couldn't get it back up so I left with no cookies. They were not very apologetic and didn't seem to do much to fix the situation.
i'm torn about this place. the first couple times we ordered, the cookies were fantastic...just perfect. however, the last two orders we've received have each had at least 2 or 3 cookies that were literally near rock hard after they cooled off to room temp. i'm assuming that's from overcooking? it's pretty disappointing as it makes those ones simply inedible, they end up going into the trash. the prices are very fair imo, for being fresh made and delivered to you at all hours of the night. the tracking is great and always on... read more
