I got the Salted caramel cookie, and it was one of the best I've ever had!! I love this place!
For the delicious cookies and customer service over the phone. Because y’all gotta get your delivery operations in order. I placed an order ahead that needed to deliver by 6 PM. Gave enough buffer time (I thought). The driver was 20 minutes late to pickup, then delivered it 45 minutes later because he also picked up another delivery on the way to my residence, AND he missed the instructions to hand it to me (not drop at door). - Insomnia did not provide clear delivery window and expectations. - My recommendation to Insomni... read more
