Meh. So first of all, if you’re wondering why this place has so many 5 star reviews, it’s because they give you a free cookie in exchange for a good review. Grouchy old white dude probably isn’t the best person to be customer facing. Cookies are small and overpriced, and they aren’t even that good. The giant cookies down the street at royal blue are WAYYY better
Ordered online for pick up.. a 12 pack and 2 deluxe cookies.. u would think they'll put the 2 deluxe cookies in a separate box or whatever.. but nope.. slapped on top of the 12 pack cookies.. assumed the cookies were fresh and warm, so the 2 bigger cookies just got stuck with the smaller ones.. not happy for paying a lot of money for these..
I had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies, thanks to Stephanie! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her warm and welcoming attitude made my visit even better. She went above and beyond to ensure great customer service, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making customers happy. Warm cookies, friendly staff Rick and the team at this location were very nice. The cookies were warm and there was no wait. Great spot for a late night sweet bite.
The guy that took my order went above and beyond, I told him what I couldn’t eat, and he made suggestions, I bought the Confetti & snickerdoodle cookies and the Millionare ice cream, they were delicious! Great job in training your staff, it made my night better, definitely coming back, (:
