I had a very disappointing experience with Insomnia Cookies. I ordered a dozen cookies, but only five were delivered. When I called to report the mistake, they sent a replacement order—but it was wrong again. Unfortunately, there was no manager available to help resolve the issue. The employee I spoke with, Amari, was not helpful, repeatedly messed up the order, and showed no empathy or concern for the inconvenience. I’m happy they’re open late because sometimes that late-night sweet tooth hits. 🍪🌙 My only suggestion is to make sure the cookie dough is fresh and the cookies are fully baked. The last time I came, I ended up with the runs afterward. 😭💀 Hopefully it was just a one-time thing. I’ll definitely be back, though. Late-night desserts are hard to resist, and I’m hoping for a better experience next time!
