I’ve been a fan of Insomnia Cookies for a while, but this experience was disappointing. I pre-ordered through the app, expecting a quick in-and-out. When I arrived (after the pickup time I was given), my order still hadn’t been started. One friendly employee greeted me and ended up making the order on the spot, but it left me wondering why I even bothered pre-ordering. Mediocre cookies considering the average cookie quality from similar places. Very small "scoops" of ice cream.
Delicious cookies.
I was craving cookies so bad, so I ordered some from here (PB, PB and chocolate, and a chocolate chip brownie) and they were so good. I mean, heavenly. They were warm, and soft, but not too soft, and also not crazy sweet. I'm very picky about cookies, and these are perfection. And Britt, who packed my ordered, left me a little happy face that was so sweet.
