Decent selection of tasty cookies, great option for a late night snack or dessert
I went to this location with my family today and the young women working there really needs to gain some better customer service skills she was very rude and legit rushed me to place my order definitely not visiting this location again
Had a small mix up on my end with the address listed and the employee working had no issue sending a new order free of charge. I really appreciated their customer service and kindness (also the cookies were delicious! I recommend the confetti cookie!!).
Update: Insomnia customer service gave me a 15$ gift card. I’ll be back soon. Hopefully this time I can leave a better review. First time trying Insomnia cookies. Yikes!!! Cookies were rock hard. Literally watched my fiancé chomp on her cookie. $3 a cookie for a box of rocks. I would like to speak to a manger because I want my money back.
