Just had the worst experience at the Downtown Madison location. The server was initially very cold and then it escalated to being rude and rolling her eyes, slamming doors and throwing items when the issue of the cookie being too hard to enjoy with the ice cream was brought up (which I was nervous to do in the first place). Do not recommend. It is the late night server, blonde ponytail, always has on a mask.
DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT ORDER. On 3/22/25, I ordered Insomnia through Uber eats. The Uber app stated “you must contact the store directly as they use their own drivers.” When I called Insomnia Cookies, a rude woman picks up the phone, and tells me it’s not their problem and that I should call UBER! Spare yourself.

Sooo MID!!! For this price I expect the quality of crumbl but the quality is worse than the dinning halls
