Buyer Beware!!!!….These are mediocre cookies and ice cream at best. The only reason you would go here is if you are desperate and The Chocolate Shoppe ice creamery next door is closed. I’m telling you, the ice cream is just cold; it has no flavor and the cookies are barely warm and not tasty at all. Please hold on to your money; wait til Pick n’ Save opens up to get you some cookies and ice cream, cuz if you spend your money here, you’ll be ready to fight somebody to get it back!
Never received my delivery order
Joke of a business, no professionalism or respect for the customer and their time, I won’t be returning.
The cookies were good. They are pretty pricy for what you get. I thought a 9 pack for 20 was a good deal until I saw that all of the "better" cookies had additional charges for them. So not such a good deal anymore. I thought they would be large cookies but just normal cookies. One cookie was free for signing up. But almost 7.00 for two normal cookies is a bit much. This is TWO chocolate lave cake cookies and one chocolate chunk cookie.
I normally don’t leave 1 star reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. My order took over an hour, which I was fine with. I ordered two scoops and a 6-pack of cookies (two chocolate-covered strawberry, two red velvet, and two cookies and cream). When the order arrived, the cookies were missing. I called the store immediately—literally within a minute of the driver leaving—and asked if they could please contact them to let them know the cookies were left behind.
