Overall my favorites are the brookies, seasonal stuff, and surprisingly the double chocolate vegan cookies!
If I could give less the 1 star I would. I am writing to report a customer service issue that occurred at your Rice Village location in Houston (2520 Rice Blvd) on March 23rd. I arrived at approximately 5:30 PM, and the store was closed for a break. After about 7 minutes, the store reopened, and I was the first customer in line. I placed my order, which included peanut butter cookies and two chocolate chunk cookies. Took two hours for delivery and ordered specifically for the deluxe Biscoff cookie. Unfortunately I wasted my calories and money because the Biscoff was not in the room, the “cookie butter” must be in house because definitely no Biscoff cookie spread. Taste like there regular cinnamon and/or churro specialty cookie.
